| 薬剤師 | 【Required】 •Requires an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research or Computer Science. •The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with promotional response modeling and ROI analysis in a pharmaceutical context •Must have hands-on experience with cluster analysis, multivariate regression, event history analysis, neutral networks, ordinal categorical regression and other statistical methodologies •Must have hands-on experience with Box-Jenkins (ARIMA) and exponential filtering models. State-space modeling is desired but not required. A strong knowledge of Logistics curve, Gompertz curve and Markov process forecasting model approaches is also required. •Strong knowledge of sources of secondary information and syndicated research for the pharmaceutical and health care industries •IMS sales data, promotional audits, physician-level data, patient-level claims data, and other sources. •Must be aware of potential biases from each database and how that may impact analysis •Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities •Ability to problem solve and develop solutions for routine day-to-day issues •Proficiency with desktop software applications (e.g., MS Office) •Ability to learn new tools quickly •Familiarity with database management issues and ability to interact effectively with systems managers •Proven teamwork and collaboration skills •Strong written and verbal communication skills |

| 【Job Summary】 The purpose of this position is to provide subject matter expertise on advanced analytical and statistical analysis in support of MSD’s marketing and sales organizations in strategic decision making process. The incumbent performs business-driven analyses that generate in-depth customer-focused insights and identify key business opportunities aimed at maximizing both customer values and corporate/franchise objectives. 【Job Responsibilities】 •Perform advanced statistical analyses with market knowledge and research expertise to identify patterns within the data, uncover insights/brand opportunities and articulate actionable recommendations •Construct relationship modeling using integrated secondary data sources to drive and implement strategic targeting initiatives that effectively optimize resource investment •Create physician based call plan in support of sales force targeting execution •Construct sales trend and sales growth models using the most appropriate model for a brand from among commonly-recognized forecasting models. •Develop innovative targeting/segmentation approach through market knowledge and research expertise that capitalize on business opportunities in a dynamic market environment •Perform ROI analyses to assess sales impact for selected marketing initiatives •Conduct portfolio marketing mix and promotion response analysis for selected tactics on key brands •Provide tracking and monitoring of results for business initiatives and make recommendations for improvements •Design key market analytics metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports of secondary performance metrics that enable marketing to track the performance of each brand and their competitors over time •Provide ad-hoc and recurring secondary data reports and analysis to marketing and senior management as requested •Evaluate and select appropriate data sources for analyses |
